Healthier Life online running and triathlon programs.
Brent has been participating in triathlons and fun runs for over 15 years and loves the feeling of achieving something he never thought possible. Brent has also helped several Healthier Life clients reach their goal of finishing a full ironman triathlon race (3.8kms/180km/42km) and beginners to do their first ever (300m/10km/3km) smaller triathlon. He has trained over 50 clients to reach their goal of completing a marathon and many more who have wanted to do their first ever 5km fun run.
Over the last 15 years Brent has seen lots of different training techniques and he intends to write programs for people so they can achieve exactly what they set out to do and also how to train properly rather than OVERTRAIN, which he thinks a lot of triathletes and runners end up doing and not enjoying these AWESOME events.
Beginner: First timer program for someone doing a smaller triathlon distance of 300m/14km/4km.
Intermediate: First timer at the Gatorade triathlon distance 800m/26km/8km.
Both above programs will go for 6 weeks and cost $60, it will have all of your swim, ride and run distances set out for you to finish the race with a smile on your face. (This program will not included coaches feedback or changing of program).
Basic: This 10-14 week program will guide you to what kilometres you need to do weekly to finish your required event at a Cost of $15.
Intermediate: This 10-14 week program will show what kilometres and speed you need to run when training to achieve your goal race time at a Cost of $60.
Weekly Online Programs
Triathlon Program: This program will be 100% individualised to your fitness level, time availability and race goal. It will include weekly feedback between myself and how you are feeling about how your training is going.
This program will cost $30 a week
Running Program: This program will also be 100% individualised to your fitness level, time availability and race goal. It will include weekly feedback between myself and how you are feeling about how your training is going.
This Program will cost $15 a week
Both of the weekly online programs allow me to change & modify any part of your program to help avoid overtraining, injuries and get the best result possible for you.
