What happens in a Group Session?

1 hour session includes:

30 minute run/walk
(depending how fit you are, we stick together the whole way)

30min weights: covering every muscle group and abs and lower back with a stretch at the end
(have weights for all from 1kg to 15 kg)

Group Training Locations:

6.15am Monday
Landy Field for speed track session, boxing, legs and core.

6.15pm- Monday
All Saints Hall – Moorak Park 113 Noble Street opposite Geelong College”

6.15am- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
All Saints Hall – Moorak Park 113 Noble Street opposite Geelong College”

6.15pm Wednesday
Matthew Flinders Girls Secondary College  – Myers Street, Geelong

9.30am Friday
Highton Reserve – 95-105 Barrabool Road, Highton

When daylight savings starts we have the night sessions at Eastern Beach near Beach House Restaurant

Group Training Cost

$10 per session. No up front fee just pay as you come but you must book in before your session. If you need to cancel then just send me a text message on 0421 166 679 12 hours before your class then you don’t have to pay.

Free Group Session

Fill out the info sheet (available here) and you can give group training a go for free. Just message me what group suits you to do on 0421 166 679 with your full name and I’ll confirm and see you there!!
